Eamonn has over 20 years in the technology industry with 14 of these in the fresh produce industry. Initially, Eamonn helped deliver successful projects for a variety of business units within the Keelings Group. It was through this work the software product was born.
In 2012, Keelings Solutions was created and Eamonn became Managing Director. Eamonn’s focus is to help Keelings Solutions reach a global market, ensure the product offerings are relevant and the company values of Teamwork, Integrity, Passion for Achievement and People Matter are part of everyday life.
Following the completion of her Masters in Information Technology and having spent several years working in the financial services industry, Julie joined the Keelings Group as a software developer in 2004 and is now the CTO of Keelings Solutions.
She is passionate about new technologies and how these can be used to solve real-world business problems.
Julie has over 12 years’ experience in the Fresh Produce Industry, and has worked across all areas of the software development life cycle, giving her a deep understanding of our customers’ requirements and how to deliver a quality product.
Barry joined Keelings Logistics in 2005 and held a number of senior Supply Chain Management positions in that business before joining Keelings Solutions in 2014. Prior to 2005, he spent 2 years in Ireland and 5 years in the US working in Operations for a leading global design software company.
Barry has extensive experience in supply chain management, systems implementations, and change management programs. His unique skill-set is invaluable in ensuring successful delivery of KS ERP software and services to Clients internationally.
Ray McGovern, B. Comm FCA, is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience.
For the past 23 years he has run his own Accounting & Consultancy Practice advising SMEs and Start Up Companies with particular emphasis in the IT Sector.
His areas of specialisation include Forensic Accounting, Strategic Planning, Financial Management and Control, Raising Finance and managing change and growth in developing companies.
He has been involved in a number of Corporate Assignments including Forensic Investigations, and Acquisitions and Disposals of businesses, working with management teams to deliver sustainable improvements and accelerated growth in shareholder value.
Josephine, or Jo, joined Keelings in 2008 and held senior management positions in HR and Operations before taking up her current role in Keelings Solutions. Prior to 2008 Jo spent over 10 years in manufacturing where she gained extensive exposure to World Class Manufacturing concepts and became a keen proponent of Lean and Six Sigma. Jo has applied this knowledge in her various roles in Keelings and has generated significant savings for the business as a result.
Jo joined Keelings Solutions in 2014 and has led successful KBS implementations both in Ireland and abroad. She is passionate about delivering for our clients and leaves no stone un-turned in that regard.
Jo’s experience in manufacturing, coupled with her knowledge and understanding of the Fresh Produce Industry, enables her to assess and understand our clients’ needs and to quickly identify opportunities for improvement in their operations.
Paul has over 10 years management experience in IT and Supply Chain across a variety of roles within the Keelings Group having held management positions in Transport, Planning (Farms), Operations Support, and Commercial. Paul has also managed projects relating to IT/IS implementations and capital equipment investment programmes across the group.
His current position as Senior Project Manager with Keelings Solutions predominantly focuses on KBS implementation and upgrade projects, from initial client engagement and requirements gathering through to live deployment, utilising both traditional and agile approaches.
Paul is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), holds a B.Sc in Transport & Logistics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT).
Claire has worked in the Fresh Produce Industry since 2004 and joined Keelings Solutions in a Tester/Trainer role in September 2012.
In 2013, Claire become our Lead Trainer and since then has successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching.
Claire’s extensive product knowledge along with her Fresh Produce Industry experience enables her to design and deliver training courses that new users can understand and that help facilitate a smooth transition for them to the KBS user environment.
Jenny joined Keelings Solutions as a Software Developer in 2007 after several years working in as a VB/C++ Developer in a Health Informatics Software House . She had previously completed a Degree in Information Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Informatics.
Jenny is now the Development Team Lead in Keelings Solutions and uses her natural leadership skills to manage the development team on a day to day basis to ensure that they deliver a quality product on time and within budget. Jenny has over 9 years’ experience in the Fresh Produce Industry and is extremely customer focused. She uses her knowledge of the industry to ensure that we are delivering the best product for all of our customers.
Rick joined Keelings Solutions in May 2017 as Business Improvement Manager with a focus on Germany and the Benelux. With over 30 years experience in the field of account sales and business improvement management, Rick brings a wealth of experience with him. For the last 18 years of his career he has successfully positioned and sold ERP software within the Fresh Produce industry. With passion and enthusiasm to achieve , Rick aims to bring he’s industry knowledge to his position in Keelings Solutions.
